When you start working with the Gene Keys please:
- Read at least 1 of your Gene Keys per month.
- Read each of your Gene Keys at least twice. Journal about each Gene Key and identify at the end of each shadow section which pattern sounds most like you.
- Do a journal entry and share with your partner about your discoveries.
