About Our Founder & Mission

After a childhood marked by trauma, addiction, and instability, our founder, Rose Cole, was adopted and raised by an Apache medicine man named Bitter Root. Through witnessing his transformation and returning to the Old Ways, Rose began her own healing journey—reclaiming her shamanic abilities and remembering the sacred gifts that were once silenced.

Over the past 25 years, she has walked the path of medicine woman, ceremonialist, and guide—supporting others in navigating supernatural experiences, activating their healing gifts, and answering the deeper call of sacred leadership.

Rose is the founder of The Sacred Oak Academy, a global certification school rooted in shamanism and quantum healing. She is also the creator of the Liminal Alchemy Method™ and Guided Energy Medicine™, two signature systems of transformation that integrate quantum principles, ancestral wisdom, and sacred remembrance.

A modern-day spiritual teacher, Rose has been featured on Forbes.com, E! and MSNBC, is co-author of a book with Deepak Chopra, and has spoken on stages alongside Marianne Williamson and other visionary leaders. She is an ordained minister and the president of BeautyWay In Unity, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to protecting sacred lands, preserving earth-based traditions, and uplifting the voices of healers and wisdom keepers around the world.

Today, we train and certify spiritual leaders from across the globe.
Because as more people awaken and live with their gifts activated, a new consciousness rises—and with it, a world in right relationship with the sacred.

Protecting sacred lands and traditions

Our sacred lands and traditions represent a lineage of earth-keepers, healers, and protectors that stretch back for generations into our pasts. At BeautyWay In Unity, we recognize that without these sacred traditions, we would not be able to do the work we do. It is our honor to be able to contribute at least 20% of our Academy proceeds to help maintain these sacred lands and traditions far into the future. By being a part of our community and programs, you are part of that solution. Below are some of the projects that we are focusing on assisting now.

Current Fundraising Projects

K’eh Native Action

COVID has hit Navajo Nation so hard, and it is very important to us to do what we can to help. These pictures are of water barrels that we purchased and delivered to Navajo Nation. We are so honored to play a small part in helping people who still to this day do not have running water. We stand for protecting our first nation’s peoples, sacred lands and indigenous ways.

Kogi People of Columbia

Meet the keepers of sacred knowledge. These beautiful beings are currently in a fight to buy their own land and protect the jaguar, and many other animals and natural resources. Like so many indigenous people, they have been pushed aside and dismissed, despite their gifts to humanity. Our fundraiser supports their efforts by bringing awareness to indigenous people who do more for our collective consciousness than most people realize.
