In this training and community, I was brought back to prayer. Now I feel prayer as a sacred connection to the Divine. I’m no longer afraid of my gifts—I explore and embrace them fully. I’m more calm and have become confident in knowing that being a light worker and bringing healing to others is why I’m here. “Before the Sacred Oak Academy, my life was chaotic, undisciplined and unfulfilling. It was my best expression of how to live happily before understanding what happiness was, because I was always in my head. I was in my head because I was avoiding my heart, afraid of not belonging. It felt like I belonged somewhere… but didn’t know where that was until I joined the Academy.

Inside the Academy, I experienced tremendous shifts in my life that I could not even fathom. These shifts have shifted me energetically to the degree that my mind can’t conceptualize. However, my life has moved forward in attracting the dreams I didn’t know were even available to me. I now have the family that I always had but never knew. The Academy has brought out the brightest and best parts of me to be able to share with this world. Now I’m able to truly feel, in my body. This happened at a rate that was comfortable, but also accelerated. I am who I am today because of the nurturing that exists within the Academy space. I now feel complete and aspire to nurture others to feel complete.

My daily practice has evolved so that I feel peace, contentment, clarity, defined, empowered and love. I feel this every single day and it’s beyond any monetary value. I have discovered myself. The most immediate result that I have received has been my relationships. I have beautiful loving relationships with all those I come across and I will always have this now because of the tools and practices in the Academy. I walk differently in the world. The footprint I leave behind is much brighter and more vibrant than it ever was before. People have reflected this to me. I now have a space in my life to build out my dreams that were beyond what I could see before, when only focused on finances and career.

It’s been amazing to realize the medicine I was carrying in this world has been within me the entire time. I thought I knew who I was but I didn’t. Coming into who I am has been surprising. I feel there are many who think they know who they are, but there’s an extra push needed to step into that role. The Sacred Oak Academy was able to bring that out of me, contrary to what I would have agreed with before.

The Guided Energy Medicine^™ that we become certified in during the Academy, is the light that is acceptable in energetic form, coming to this planet from our higher selves. We do not accept all of this light at once because we have spent so long living in the shadows. The connection that is brought out between the facilitator and all those co-creating the space for light to get brought in is profound. It allows us to do so with grace and ease. This light is truth, is love, is what we’ve all been searching for but haven’t had the questions to find the answers to find ourselves. This light is called heavenly by some, Divine by others, but our birthright nonetheless.

So Guided Energy Medicine^™ for me is the ultimate bridge and connection of our physical human bodies and the light from which we came. My personal experience has been an enormously profound amount of joy on a weekly basis—it’s beyond words.

Before the Sacred Oak Academy I had been feeling a lot of grief. I had moved away from a job that I was passionate about and was left feeling lost and like I didn’t know my purpose and mission in life. I wanted to stop feeling adrift, to re-gather myself and get healthier with my life choices.

After joining The Sacred Oak Academy, one of the first things that I learned was Divine Communication^™ —to connect with my spirit guides. I began to trust my intuition again, and that helped me get back into my life purpose in meaningful ways. I didn’t have to go looking, it came and found me which is part of the magic of this work and The Academy!

One thing that was so powerful… was when Rose took us through a process to discover our Divine Mission. I had written out specific statements and one was to feed people who are hungry. Shortly after the event someone recruited me at a community center and the first thing I did as a director was to partner with a food bank in San Diego! As soon as I wrote those things down just four months later I was doing one of the things in my prayer. Just like that. I didn’t go looking, it came to me.

Around our first Intensive in the Sacred Oak Academy, I got an idea to offer a program to transform fear. What’s so interesting is I got the download and knew the exact person I needed to talk to right before the pandemic hit. In the Sacred Oak Academy, we all support each other around not falling into collective fear. The timing was perfect and transformational for me because I looked back on that and wondered what it would have been like to go through the pandemic without The Academy! We all share and support each other as Lightworkers here. It was the perfect gift at the perfect time for me.

Another one of the biggest gifts I received from The Academy was healing from codependency. Now, I really know how to love myself, which has improved the quality of my life as a whole. Practicing the shamanic energy work alignments that we learn here has also been a big gift.

Being able to experience profound synchronicity and connection with others doing this work, it’s hard to put into words how magical it feels when it’s happening. We are getting to experience the way we are all connected through Spirit.

It was also an incredible experience to sit in ceremony at the intensives. It was a holy, profound, and magical experience.

Guided Energy Medicine^™ is being open to the source of unconditional love that we are all connected with—being a conduit for that in a way that re-aligns our body, spirit and energetic self. It has deepened my ability to trust in the goodness that exists. “Before joining the Academy, I felt like something was missing. I was already on a spiritual path, already seeing clients in my private practice at my healing center — but I knew there was more potential in me that I wasn’t reaching. I also had chronic physical pain that never really went away, and it kept pushing me to search for other tools and ways to heal — not just for myself, but so I could help others do the same.

Coming here was huge for finding my people — like-minded souls asking the same questions, carrying the same energy. That’s when the real work on our sacred gifts began.

I learned what my number one shamanic gift was, which sounds simple but is actually one of the hardest gifts to trust. Beyond the personal transformation, I’ve gained community for life. I’m in Europe, so our connection isn’t in person — it’s Zoom calls and WhatsApp messages — but it’s some of the most supportive relationships in my daily life.
