Struggling to make myself exercise
I went to a conference this last weekend for one of Eben Pagan’s programs. It was really fascinating, and I learned a lot about developing myself personally, so I can make more of an impact in the world and help more people get healthy. It was interesting because there was a segment about breaking through things that we have barriers to in life – like things that we have a hard time doing. There was a coach up on the stage who was giving tips, and he asked for a volunteer.
I decided to put myself out there, and confessed that with the whole conference that I was having a hard time making myself exercise. I’ve fallen out of my routine, and I’m struggling to get back into it. He gave me so coaching, and I am committing to exercise 4 days a week, Monday Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. I’m putting this out into the world so I’m more accountable with it.
