A lot of people think vaginal when they hear that. But the truth is that you can have an overgrowth of yeast in lost of parts of your body, and I’m not just talking about women here. Here we are back from Jackson Hole, and to be truthful, we did dabble a little bit in the dessert and starchy foods we came across at the wedding. And because of it, we have a little extra yeast going on in our bodies. I mentioned before that Nat has a rash on his sides from the overabundance of Candida he’s developed, and though mine isn’t that bad, I can feel it sucking the energy right out of me.
