However, what I"m wondering is when I am in a highly emotional state like anger or sadness etc, a logical, sequential, thoughtful process like this one seems highly unlikely! Even the physiology of it is wrong as we are in an entirely non-logical part of the brain... I do like the idea of remembering the state is fleeting - but I know when emotions go up, the ability to think goes way down. Hmmm… this was very interesting.
