Does Your Guy Have This Problem In the Bedroom?

guyproblemQuestion From A Reader:

Q: “I’ve noticed by my fiancé’s body composition that I think he has low testosterone. What do you think I can offer him in health information to help balance his hormones.” –Jessica

A: Low testosterone in men, or “Andropause” as it’s called, is at epidemic proportions in this country, and most men don’t even realize that it’s possible for their hormones to be out of balance!

Is your guy experiencing 1 or more of the following symptoms?:

• Decreased libido
• Decrease in fullness of erection
• Decrease in physical stamina
• Difficulty building or maintaining muscle
• Inability to concentrate
• Mental fatigue
• Episodes of depression
• Muscle soreness
• Weight gain
• More emotional then in the past

These are all classic signs of low testosterone.

But what ever you do, don’t just run to your doc and ask for testosterone! These can be a temporary quick fix, but will suppress your body’s production of testosterone in the future, making the problem worse in the long run! Instead, get to the root cause and get your body to produce it’s own testosterone.

There are 2 important things for men to balance their testosterone levels:

1. Just like with woman, make sure that he is keeping his stress level in check, and that he does have adrenal exhaustion, because that is a sure way to throw off your hormones.

If that is the case for him, then he needs to start taking adrenal support. If you’ve taken my “10 Week Transformation” then you would put him on all the adrenal support stuff that you learned in week #5, and you will both want to listen to recording #5 again.

2. Another very important fact, is that most men have low testosterone levels because they aren’t getting enough Zinc for thei bodies to manufacture testosterone. Make sure he is taking around 100mg per day for an average size person (more for bigger, less for smaller), and that it’s from a really GOOD company.

Remember, not all supplements are created equal! I love Zn-Zyme Forte (product code #1725) from Biotics Research 800-231-5777 (give them Patient acct #05TD9354 to open an account).

In love and service,
